@EA_Aljo I'll have him check that on his router but he's on cat 5 and has no other issues on any other games, and I my self use cat 5 and don't get his issues and neither do any my other friends. If his router settings are correct is there something else?

Community ManagerIf none of that helps, they should try contacting their ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. It could be something with their equipment or on the ISP's end. Are they using a modem/router supplied by their ISP or are they using their own?

You don't have a whole lot of control over their equipment usually. It also isn't exactly intended for competitive gaming. That doesn't mean it won't work, but chances are good there will be better performance with a better router. Also, that can have a pretty high cost associated with it. I think it would be best to start with contacting their ISP so they can check for any issues that might be causing these disconnects. We're not aware of anything on our end that would be causing this.
In this vein, players have for years been begging for a "rejoin" option with club games. ESPECIALLY with how wonky EA's servers are and you get dropped due to that. What would be good would be something along lines of a "rejoin at next stoppage". You don't want to join in progress because whats to stop 2 guys from starting a 2v2 game and planning to add their teammates after the fact, but a "re-join" option.
99% of the times I've dropped from the game are due to the "Unhandled Exception" or "Unknown Error has Occurred". We're heading into the 2025 release...no reason this shouldn't be brought up.
