Disconnections

In this vein, players have for years been begging for a "rejoin" option with club games.   ESPECIALLY with how wonky EA's servers are and you get dropped due to that.   What would be good would be something along lines of a "rejoin at next stoppage".   You don't want to join in progress because whats to stop 2 guys from starting a 2v2 game and planning to add their teammates after the fact, but a "re-join" option.

99% of the times I've dropped from the game are due to the "Unhandled Exception"  or "Unknown Error has Occurred".   We're heading into the 2025 release...no reason this shouldn't be brought up.

I get how it's easy to blame the servers. The very high majority of disconnects are not on our end though. If you are often getting those errors, please capture a video of it so we can see what happened. 

As far as rejoining goes, I hope that's an option someday. I know the team is aware of these requests. I think the tricky part is making sure it doesn't cause a desync.

There's the deflection we all know and love!   No, in all seriousness I know for a hard fact it's the servers/netcode that's the problem, in fact alot of people here know because of how long this problem has been around..

  I run hard-wired, and normally, even when there's just a tiny a jitter that causes a drop, I can check the event log and see an event where you can clearly see that signal was momentarily interrupted, even for only half a second.  Whenever I check after this nonsense happens...no event, no interruption, not even a dip.  When its "You have been disconnected form EA servers" that's either a PSN thing(90% of the time), or a network drop on my end(10%).   "Unhandled Exceptions" and " An Unknown Error has occurred" are 100% verified server-side issues.   Been a thing with this series since LONG before your time here too.

That doesn't confirm our servers are the issue. There are a lot of variables we have no control over between your console and our servers. I don't know how you could determine this is a code issue without actually having access to the code.

Again, without video of the errors you're getting, we can't investigate them. The ones you mention aren't exclusively server problems.

But it does confirm ea issues are the servers.. since WoC was brought back, even with cross play added, 90% of the time it takes 10+ mins just to get into a drop in... But EA ignorea this every year, but will add themg like total control (which no one asked for), ooo and now we're being forced to fight, when one isn't even touching their controller, loadout glitches (some ready up, other will join then they can't ready up). Bags are basically useless now, why are we still opening bags just for coins...? Honestly just give us the coins, get rid of the bags completely. We know the same coding is being used every year, because we see many of the same problems every year, but it all gets deflected by saying, "it's not the game, maybe it's your connection or ISP" like seriously.. c'mon we're not that dumb, all we ask for is a fun hockey game with minimal glitches, or at least things resolved that were an issue, but It never happens..
