I read somewhere there's an official EA NHL Discord server coming? Is this true and when can we join?

I ask again what's even the point in a discord? The same exact thing that happens here & on social media will happen there. What are people genuinely expecting to get from an OfficialEA discord server?
- @RatedxPGxEnigma Imo the idea of a discord would be to better organize people under 1 umbrella for potential things like finding teammates in WoC. But other than I'd feel sorry for whoever has to mod it.
- @RatedxPGxEnigma I think the thing is.. they said it would happen.. the game has been out about a half a year and we've not heard from the devs. Do they plan to release it just before 25 releases so it looks like they are ready to engage with their customers to get people to buy 25? Probably.

Probably.It would just become another place for haters to air their grievances after a sweaty HUT loss.
Of course, there would be people willing to contribute to the discord in ways mentioned above - WoC matchmaking for instance. But it would be ruined by edgelords who have seemingly let EA live in their heads rent-free 24/7
