Do I need Xbox Live Gold to play NHL 24 ?

I usually play NHL 23 with Game Pass Ultimate but I can't continue to pay it. My only solution is to buy NHL 24. My question is, do I need the Xbox Live Gold (Xbox Game Core now) to play NHL 24, just offline play like franchise, be a pro, etc...

No, you don't need gold to play it if you bought the game but if it's a game that is though game pass and you didn't buy it, it shouldn't work.
