Seeing Eye and Total Eclipse affect different attributes so these can both be activated at the same time.
When you say ‘affect different attributes’ this leads me to believe the abilities boost the attributes of your player. My question is does it add a few points or a percentage of the current attribute?
For example, Close quarters adds 3 wrist shot power and accuracy or adds 3% of your current wrist shot power and accuracy.
