EA needs to go back to community lobbies

The only problem with the 360 days were the people who would join in the middle and just sit there, maybe blasting something in their mic. I remember there was a specific player that would literally just spend all night joining lobbies, waiting in the middle for the timer to expire, and he would have music playing or just his TV blaring. Made no sense, but we couldn't start the game with him sitting in the middle.

In addition, on the 360 games you could select your position in the lobby. So people would load into the lobby, see all the forward sports taken, and then leave. It was difficult to get people to play defense. I like the way people choose their position ahead of time. The only thing I wish they would change is allow people to switch positions if a player leaves.  Nothing worse than a center leaving and watching the AI just lose every draw. Also give people the option to join games in-progress if they want.
