EASHL CPU Growth

To start every season this year we have been given points to add to our loadouts (Which I love) but what I’m wondering is if anyone knows if the CPU players get points put into the same areas as us each season? 

I’m wondering this because if not then playing with a CPU goalie is going to be unplayable in the very near future and it could be the time for a lot of goalies to shine
