EASHL Smurfing Solution

A club "pool" that you have to play your way out needs to be implemented, kind of like ranking matches at the start of seasons but on the back end. There's way too many smurfs that just completely remake their clubs when the going gets tough. There's a reason you see two man clubs with "new" Elite ranked players, with a matching name to the others, getting their first club points during your matchup. Make everyone in the club have to play 100 games to go into "gen pop" with all the rest of the real teams. Bringing in a "new" Silver 1 to throw off your matchmaking? Too bad back to the pool for 100 games, have fun! This way you have all club hoppers and smurfing FA's constantly playing against each other like the GTA dunce lobbies. If people wanna smurf, make em do the grind against their own kind, problem solved. Playing 100 games together as a club is a small price to pay to get away from these people and play against other real clubs of matching skill level, it would improve the quality of league play dramatically and make it an overall more enjoyable experience.
