Elite cup banner nhl 24

Anyone else missing their playoff banner? My club advanced through all four rounds and achieved 16 wins and if im understanding it we should have gotten a banner. There was even a prompt on the screen saying we would get one. Now there is no banner. Is it something hidden in the creation zone or is just missing or do we not rate a banner now?

No. It should just automatically be hanging up on your arena. It’s automatic. 

It should be automatic and hanging in your club arena. It’s working for my club.

This was mentioned by someone else as well. I'm currently looking in to it and will update when I have some news.

Thanks you should have it and it should be hanging in the rafters. It's just not the easiest to see. Try going in to a replay and it should be there.
