Elite cup banner nhl 24
Our elite cup champions emblem is popping up on jersey but no banner in arena do we have to equip this in some way?

Community ManagerSo, the banners are there, but they're blank? Can you get me some video of this?
If anyone else has any video, that would help also. We need to confirm you earned the banner and it's not displaying. Thanks!

@EA_Aljo Following up on this. My club has one banner in our stadium. We won pro cup 6s and pro cup 3s and only have one banner. Is this to be expected? You’d think grinding both 3s and 6s and winning both would result in two banners. Pretty crappy if it doesn’t and it isn’t explained to us prior to grinding. Please let me know.

Yes. That is intended. You will only receive one banner in the case of winning both 3s and 6s.
We haven’t received our banner. We won 4 rounds of the pro cup twice and nothing has shown up not even the emblem for jerseys. I got a message after we won saying we would have a ceremony to begin the game and still nothing. Are you able to help me out with this?

You have to wait a few days. There's always a gap between the end of one season and beginning of the next while "the results are tabulated".

Sorry, I'm not aware of whether you even get a banner in BAP.
Update on the CHEL banners as well, it turns out some clubs simply didn't get them at all (I'm one of them). Still waiting for a resolution.
