Elite cup banner nhl 24

Our elite cup champions emblem is popping up on jersey but no banner in arena do we have to equip this in some way?

@EA_Aljo my team won the elite cup in nhl 24. Our banner isn’t visible. We have screen shots showing the message after our 16th win. Any help?

Check the customization zone. You need to equip these items before they're seen in game.
