Engage the Community!?!?!
Hey E.A.....Do U really want to engage the community?
Your latest patch was fine and all BUT once again,it would be nice to see meaningful advances in these 3 things
1.More Animations
2.More Nuances to Creation modes
3.More Reality to the players
I have buku ideas and it would be truly nice to see you all actually reach out to the community instead of just parse through this community feedback as a matter of company procedure.
My 2 cents........Youve spread yourself too thin with wayyyy too many modes now.
I feel you should concentrate on your bread and butter(Franchise mode)
Then Creation modes cause everyone loves to create.
Per your newest title(24/Makar).......I do NOT like the new Creation menus,You took away Options like skates,gloves,sticks!
WHY?
More is almost ALWAYS better!!!
We need a more comprehensive way to create players(and discern between them without beards and mustaches)or make more than just the 200
Admittedly there isnt much you can do with Eye color cause youve got most of that covered admittedly
Way more Hairstyles(70 some?)More Please
More Facial Hair styles(FuManchu,Soul Patch,Straight ZZ Top beards),Plus more levels then just 4 and clean shave
You should also look into HAIR texture!
(YES!).......All these ideas make for more layers to the game and more options which makes the game funner and will be less "stale" as the months go by!

More Shields
More tints(How about black.....not just grey but BLACK)
Medium Shoulder pads
How about a Front tuck for jersey?
Bring back everything you took away in 24(Gloves,Sticks,Skates) and KEEP all the new stuff: Remember:MORE is always better!!
More Skates
As trivial as it may sound,I would absolutely like to see MORE wraps for the sticks than what 24!?(Invaders,Ninja Stars)
For Goalies,you really need to "open this up" alot more!
I mean I dont mind having the options for all the different leagues BUT I would also like to have about 100 random Goalie masks with cool designs and themes cause I am not a huge fan of having some other teams logo on my Goalie's mask

Why is it on player Information you can only decide from certain cities???
For example why cant I have a player from LaCrosse,Wisconsin,etc.,etc.
A big thing I would LOVE to see is to be able to bring in Created players more than just 5 years out into that draft year(For example this year the latest birthday would be 2008.I would like to extend that out like 2 more years)
As far as attributes.......You could add more to that as well
-What about Slapshot Quickness and Wristshot Quickness
-What about flexibility
-What about leadership
More X-Factors would be nice.
Celebrations? WAYYYYY more and heres just a few ideas(Raise the roof,Drop the Mic,Chainsaw,The Diamond symbol,Muscle Flex(1 arm and 2 arm),Arms in an X,etc

More Jersey blueprints(and NOT just the present NHL Hockey teams),More Pants,More Sox,etc
I think we should be able to have more than just 3 uniforms!
Plus the ability to have even more diverse uniform ideas
More stadiums than just the lame 10
A personal record book for each player and all their awards and firsts
All Star Game
Winter classic
Banner Ceremony
Ring Ceremony
Zamboni between periods
I would like to see the players skate onto the ice and have a warm up and if you wanted to you could simply skip either
Then,one of the biggest things is WAYYYYY more animations and audio commentary each year
Players with emotions and talking with each other and fans makes it MORE REALISTIC and that makes the game wayyyyy more enjoyable for ALOT of us!!!!
