I think one of the biggest problems is that they have spread themselves too thin with too many different modes!
CHEL,HUT,3s,etc.etc.
Then you got these players that get all hyped up for these DUMB pack openings and bag openings!!!
It has NOTHING to do with the actual gameplay!
They need to concentrate and put 90% of their focus on the bread and butter of the game and that is,Franchise Mode,Overall gameplay,Overall fixing and Creation modes
I dont play online whatsoever so I dont care about that BUT I also dont like the idea of making it harder to score.
Theres alot that can be done to improve it and make it better from there!
@7df81e6108e66429 You said they need to focus on the "bread and butter of the game" and then didn't mention online at all lol. Online IS the bread and butter of the game. It's what most of us play exclusively if I had to hazard a guess.
If I had my way I'd have them focus on getting basic 1v1 (1 human vs 1 human online) hockey to the best state it can be in and then branch out from there. Having smart/dynamic AI is key to improving this series.

- @NeonSkyline21 O.K,maybe I didnt articulate that correctly,BUT whta I was trying to impart is that this game started out like every other game,as in,...There was NO such thing as "online"!
Thats what I meant and when I think of the bread and butter example,im thinking the most basic thing or the original.
