Error, cannot retrieve, something....

Same for me too, trying to start, but failed with several error messages, currently I am really unlucky 

is this a local problem or a common problem for all

Restarted NHL 24, now error message „Game disconnected“ again and trying to start World of CHEL takes very very long - roundabout 3 minutes my player was standing in front of the green background and no menue was available, taken 3 minutes 

why is this so slow?

Not playable at the moment 

my teammate changed something in our club, customized the jerseys, I was playing a Pro AM match and when my teammate saved the settings, game completely closed for both of us.

this was the same problem in the technical test too

And once again

my teammate changed the team colors in our club - saved it and NHL 24 closed again for both of us.

Error Report has been sent, as I did at the technical test too already, unlucky it seems not to be registered by the support team as an error / problem 

is this only a problem for us or does other ones have the same problems?

Did you try restarting NHL 24? If so and you're still having trouble, what exactly is happening?

I‘ve restarted NHL 24 several times already and my PlayStation 5 too.

1. when my teammate is changing the Club , e.g. customizing the jersey and saving this, all running NHL 24 versions of teammates are killed

2. when I restart NHL 24 and open WoC it takes several minutes to see the menu - currently I am waiting 8 minutes (I just see my player in front of the green background and waiting for the menu)

this kind of behavior was already available within the last few months in NHL 23 an WoC too

I am Fires Teammate. This is happening:

I edit the club, jersey colors or something, save it and the game closes for all of us at the exact same time. I also reported the error as suggested on screen. Btw... there are countless bugs like not showing the correct player name, resetting year of birth to 1901, changing the jersey style to some other then selected etc...

Was the test a joke or a waste of time? Then release your games on April 1st....

I hope you can understand our frustration!

now I restart NHL 24 again and hopefully I get into it

but to be honest, there is somewhere a problem and I know it’s not only me with this problem. My teammates and other friends have the same situation - sometimes no problem, but within the last few months - more and more
