For future reference, there's a walkthrough of capturing feedback here. Your video will work fine though. I'll pass this on to the team. In the meantime, are you able to start over with your changes? It's possible something you selecting originally with your arena is causing this to happen.
Just for further clarification, if your teammates are online, they also get the same error? They can be in the middle of a game, for example, and will get disconnected when you save and get this error?
Also, what console are you playing on?

when I save it my NHL 24 is closed unexpectedly

Thanks for those details. We're currently investigating this as we've had some other reports of it as well. I'll post an update when I have one.
