Community ManagerThere have been very few reports of this so we're going to need to see some video to understand just what's happening. If you could put a clip up on YouTube, it would be appreciated. Otherwise, as far as we know, there is no issue with the On Ice Trainer not working.
I am having the same problem, as my on-ice trainer does not show up. I have attached two images, one of my Be a Pro character skating with the puck (without the on-ice trainer), and another showing that I have my on-ice trainer turned on. I was not able to attach a video because the size was too big. This problem occurs in every game mode. I am on PS5, my PSN name is Z_Guy0308, and I am playing on Superstar difficulty.

If you change Control Hints to Beginner or Expert, does it work?
