Finding games is almost impossible

Why can’t our club find any playoff games? Does other teams have to be in the same round as us for us to find a game? Or could it be a lobby problem? And if we are having a Broken lobby how do we reset the lobby efficiency and effectively because we are waiting for like half a hour before we all get off because we cannot find a game?
