Fix your game

Question

This game would be so fun if you could just fix simple * bugs. There is about 3 or 4 random interference penalties each game for my team in franchise. The players that commit the penalty are the players I am not using at the moment so I have no control over them when they commit the penalty. It just ruins the game because now I’m a man down for a lot of the game and obviously sometimes they score so it limits my chances for winning. Another bug is face offs, This doesn’t impact the game as much but I mean it is still dumb and annoying. It is impossible to win a face off in NHL 24 no matter what difficulty you’re on. I have seen other people say the same thing so I know I am not the only one. It are just simple bugs like this that make the game not enjoyable and making me not want to play. So far it does not look like I will be buying NHL 25 if these don’t get fixed.

AI doesnt normally take a penalty unless you have your strategies pumped up to the max

As for winning the faceoffs the AI is set to use faceoff win strategies for Home 1st and 3rd period and then in the second period will use another set and vice versa playing as the visitor.

Have you learned and mastered the face-off sequences?

@Twix6277I am with you regarding the interference calls. They are mostly generated by the AI. And those same calls against you, don't seem to apply to the AI when they impede your players. This has been an ongoing concern with many. And it still has not been addressed properly. As for your face off problem. Depending on what side you are comfortable drawing the puck back with, left or right. Make all your centres either right or left. I prefer left as its easier to win. Timing is the element. A split second before the ref motions the drop of the puck is the time to utilise your player. You won't win them all
But with practice you will greatly increase your odds.
