Fixed "Nerfed" Deflections in NHL 22
Well this train wreck of a release this year has forced me to try and revive NHL 22. My biggest issue with that game was the "nerfing" of deflections to pander to the online cross crease glitch goal...

EA doesn't even fix the current game, they aren't wasting time on 22.
No kidding. Hence why I went out of my way to fix it for them. I just thought some people would like to know. NHL 24 just flat out sucks for so many reasons. NHL 23 was good but froze constantly in offline modes and they aborted the only true camera angle in the game. The only option for offline players is NHL 22. Full presentation, full replays, true broadcast camera and once you tune it a really good game of hockey. I agree. EA could ruin a wet dream. But they dont really care. Its all about micro transactions now. It isn't going to change.
I don't know about offline, but in the online modes, deflections are pretty strong with the current tuner. With the Big Tipper ability, a lot of players are even saying they're too strong. To me they're in a decent place, they work really well but can also be countered by good defense.
