Changing stats should be something you're allowed to do in franchise mode as well as changing positions and player types. this is most important with generated players who come out with random nonsensical attributes, positions, and player types.
What bothers me about this so much is that it’s such a simple ask that so many of us have been practically begging for and yet it continues to get ignored despite there being no good argument against it.

What bothers me is when a feature is there and it gets removed. What's the point? Especially stats because they are all maintained in the database. Are they trying to keep the size of the game down? Does that even matter anymore? The PC version used to allow uploads so you could be "In the game." I think that was NHL97.
