Free mega players pack not showing up in any of my "perks" locations
I bought the xfactor edition of 2024. I subscribe to gamepass ultimate (with EA play) why isn't it available as advertised? thanks.

Community ManagerI'm looking into this for you. Normally though, there's nothing we can do about this when regions are excluded. That can happen for various reasons we don't have control over.
Thanks there's got to be a solution. Maybe you can just put the pack in my account or in the store?
Any luck? I'm afraid after buying game for 30 years and EA play I'll be cancelling both if I can't get this paltry reward that everyone else gets

I have not heard back yet and I don't anticipate I will as I'll be out of the office after today for about 10 days. Normally though, when a promotion isn't available in a particular region, it's due to a legal issue. I'm very sorry to say, I don't see us being able to get this pack to you.
