Help with 2 player couch play.

For NHL 2K24, I am having difficulties activating my other controllers for couch multi-player online versus play.   When attempting to add controller I keep getting - "Error: Maximum Controller Adde...

    Removed wireless headset and rebooted.

      Seems to be working now.

Do you happen to have anything else plugged into the USB ports? A headset receiver, racing wheel, dongle for another controller etc.? If so, remove it and try again. If that doesn't apply, can you get me a video of this? Just put it up on a service like YouTube and link it in a response.

         My system will not allow 2 player couch play for online.

          Please help. 

            Why is it so difficult for simple 2 play?
