@b0dlak Like I've said total control is a joke, when it comes to charging penalties
@Treatmentworke66 this is just a bad game mechanic that will wear off no matter what skill you control.
the only advantage of this is that Total control and Hybrid control have two charge hit functions ( right stick or butom ) .
and if skilstick has only Riht stick charges option
