As I said, this is my Xbox Gamertag. If the game loads my Xbox Gamertag, how is that against the EA terms of service?
Also, which part of the tag is inappropriate? I'll wait. This is the same tag that has been used for every other EA game for 20 years, and obviously was carried into an EA account (see my name here) when I made one way back when "Gameface" was a thing. All the racist stuff you see every day playing an EA game.... Priorities in the right place, huh?
We wouldn't action you for your gamertag. Are you sure your player in game is not using the same name?
Also, did this notice come from an email from us?

My player name is: Lucky Buck
Also, even if that was the case, are you suggesting that "N*ked" is inappropriate? If so, someone needs to tell mole-rats, lunch, gun, juice, jay-birds... I can keep going if you need.
The email was received from the email address: EA @ e.ea .com (spaces only included because your system auto-removes the address)
Also, this is showing as a sanction within the EA Help page, so it doesn't seem fraudulent

No offense, but you're just being silly. If you take it to an inappropriate place, I think that says more about where your mind is at than any devious intention.
There are products you see on grocery shelves, famous books and films, animals, colloquialisms, etc. which all contain that terrible terrible word. What happens to all those things? Again no offense, but you must know you are being unreasonable.

Thanks. I'm looking into this for you. Was your player name changed to Jordan NHL?

Changed to Jordan? Not that I know of. It was still the same "Lucky Buck" when I logged in yesterday early afternoon.
Isn't that the name that is auto-applied when creating a character?
