How to change CHEL name

So I was making my character and notice there was no prompt to change my name so am I forever Jordan NHL until NHL 25? Or can I change after finalizing my character?

Player name seems to be having same bug as in playtest. Even if it changed, it will be showed incorrectly in many places. Same with Jersey Numbers.
