I'm quite upset. I lost hut cards. I left cards in build collectible sets for toty collectibles. I was hoping once the event ended they would go to item inbox; any other event they always do. With toty ending I lost all cards I had left in the collectible sets for toty. There should have been a warning. I understand you can't make toty cards once the 2 weeks are over, but the cards you put in there shouldn't just get taken from you. I'm an avid hut player and have put thousands into my team this year and have in the past too. The two biggest cards I've lost are Non Tradeable Teuvo 90 Fantasy and 90 TB John Leclair; they are gone and that's not fair, EA Sports NHL 24. Please EA...I NEED HELP. please and thank you. Anyone else experience this?? I also lost 83s and below...82s and below for sure.

You are not the first one experiencing this. I have seen other posts about it. Scroll page by page and you’ll find it. I’m guessing you can find out whether they got any cards back or what happened.
I miss the players i had stored in TOTY
Just out of curiosity, why do you even have players stored in TotY sets if you don't want to make TotY collectibles with them?
Since NHL 23 there is an extra storage set to store players

I made 5 plus toty cards. I left cards in there because if you don't complete the set EA will send back to your inbox or they will just chill there. Anyways I'm so glad they fixed their mistake and we move on. Thanks everyone 💙💙 now Teuvo needs to score 9!!!
