Y'all did screw up rewards, and I'm happy you're addressing that, but what about the disabled/older players who are still stuck with a $100 game we can't play?!

Make.it an ADA issue and it might get legal's attention. Probably the only way they get the budget to do it.
The issues we are seeing stem from the Dev team being squeezed tight by EA's biggest investors, Black Rock and Vanguard. If you're familiar with them, no more explanation is needed. I'm sure the Devs are embarrassed at how the game has been reviewed and received.
