Would've been helpful to have this explained before it was introduced. You had a great video for the launch of the Headliners event and stuff like this could've been covered in it. Or in its own video. I was really excited and hoping there was going to be a new video every Friday.
Opportunity lost but there's still time to keep the conversation going and improve communication so we can max out the HUT experience.
