HUT why so hard to change jersey

I too wish that were easier. It's not quite as complex as you mentioned though. Here are those steps:
- Go to My Collection
- Hit the Y/Triangle button to bring up the search
- Change Item Type to Team Information
- Under Type, select Jerseys
- Hit Y/Triangle to search
- Select a jersey and click down on the right stick to make it active
Thanks @EA_Aljo , but that's still convoluted, and unintuitive
You shouldn't need an instruction manual to try and change something so simple, especially when there is such an obvious area in the My Team menus that makes the most sense.

I also wouldn't mind an option to change goalie colors to match. I select my goalie less on skill and more if their gear matches my flyers jerseys. Luckily we got a 90ovr Hextall recently. But it would be nice to match any goalie
