@EA_Aljo, I already have opened a case with your experts but they just keep asking the same questions over and over again using the same email templates as as they usually do. They also wrote that I could ask about the issue in here. So what I should do now?

Opening a case won't resolve this either. No one at EA actually reads through the case. Most recent response today was the NHL 24 X Factor release date... I've had my case open for a week but every response is absolutely worthless. Joke of a company that needs to either provide content purchased or refund the full amount.
