I placed in a reward tier in NHL 24 squad battles, but recieved no rewards.

This is currently being investigated. I'll provide an update as soon as I have one.

I truly do appreciate that. One potentially helpful thing to track, if possible, is that the number of players available to buy on the Auction House never spiked following scheduled rewards (which is how I realized the issue wasn’t isolated to me). The number has remained ~500 all week, when it typically jumps to 1500-2000 Thursday evenings.

What is taking so long? NHL 26 will be out before we get rewards at this rate. EA really should be embarrassed by their sheer lack of incompetence. For real.

I appreciate your diligence in addressing this issue, but as a fellow human, I feel it’s important to address the tone of our interactions. Constant belligerence toward the team doesn’t foster growth or collaboration. We may feel we are owed or and deserve rewards because that what was stated, but threats or belittling comments only serve to discourage progress.

Constructive criticism has its place, but when it’s delivered with grace, it becomes far more effective. A little kindness can go a long way, and you might be surprised at how the world responds in kind.

Well said. I am so close to finishing my team and thought it was great that I had finished as high ranking for season 67. It would have given me some packs I was not able to win before. Still it’s been over a week now with no real progress on the investigation. Good bye NHL24 it’s been a slice.

Since you are on Series X, at least you have the option of moving on to the latest NHL25 game. I am on PS4, and do not have that option without a console upgrade. I also did not have access to a season 68 of Squad battles. But it seems maybe X Box players did?? This whole thing is weird and disappointing for my first serious foray into the EA NHL game in many years.
