infinite full pressure glitch

6v6 eashl last night, our team called a TO during a penalty kill and we could not regain stamina for the duration of the period AND 7mins into the next period. We had 0 stamina the entire time and it would not regenerate, even while stsnding still or cycling in the other teams zone.

It started around 15m mark of the 2nd period and finally came back 7min into the 3rd - someone scoring a goal apparently reset this glitch.

Is there a fix coming for this???
