No you dont need to accept how EA makes their sports games.
You can always air your opinion. (or even stop playing.)
But ofc it helps for your own experience if you somehow accept whats given to you. (if you choose to play.)
But how EA will make their next game, is always something you can be involved and debate and even affect in the long run.
Yes EA always have the final word but It's still the community that feed them.
The people are the top of the food chain, I would say.
It's just difficult because 'no one want the same thing'.
EA need to figure out the best balance by collect feedback from all around.
