When a defender is in control of the puck, they can't skate it into their own net. That's the way it used to work at least. Bedard couldn't tap it in due to making contact with the defender and goalie.

If you can point one out specifically, I'll review it. Defenders can deflect the puck into their own net. They can't have control of it and skate it into their own net. At least, that's how it worked in previous games. I'll need to run it by the dev team to see if that's still the case or not.
