Manual Line Change not working

Specifically, manual forward line change not cycling. It works sometimes when crossing into the offensive zone, but not in the neutral or defensive zones. It also sometimes works during stoppages. Eventually though, it stops working regardless.

Defensive lines are still cycling during game play.
