Max Level gold gear

There is no bag. Those items are unlocked automatically when reaching max level. You should have seen it in the post game report when leveling up. Check the creation zone for that gear.

I don’t have anything neither does a buddy of mine who also maxed 

I can say with 100% certainty that no gold gear was added to the customize inventory, is there any way to claim or receive it?
