Missing fantasy card Conor Garland in my inbox

Dear EA,

I have made last week fantasy card Conor Garland with 40 fantasy collectibles, but card didn't show in INBOX. I have restarted the game and the PS5 system but card still didn't show. I have contacted EA help made a case and shared all my account data. Also, I have attached picture where was clearly seen that I have made this fantasy player. They have stated today in the help chat that they have not technical possibilities to solve the issue and I should post my case on EA forum so I can get further support.

Please help. I am playing NHL since 2017 and I have spent a lot of my earned resources for this card.
