1 year agoIt looks like you need to verify ownership of the account with the advisor before they can help.
- 1 year ago@EA_Aljo Yes, but verification email newer came, not inbox, not in spam box. and every time in the eahelp chat you can start the job again when you ask after this... I talked to a different advisor 3 times about that missing verification email without success. I was just connected there again, let's see how it goes now..

Some email services have 'Other' and 'Focused' versions of the inbox. If you use Outlook or Hotmail, be sure you check this. Also, if you're using gmail, check the Promotions tab. Unfortunately, they won't be able to look into this for you without verifying ownership first.

yes, there is also a box in Gmail where you can get all the messages and this message cannot be found by searching. and it's very difficult for me to confirm my account if I don't get that email despite the requests
