Some email services have 'Other' and 'Focused' versions of the inbox. If you use Outlook or Hotmail, be sure you check this. Also, if you're using gmail, check the Promotions tab. Unfortunately, they won't be able to look into this for you without verifying ownership first.

yes, there is also a box in Gmail where you can get all the messages and this message cannot be found by searching. and it's very difficult for me to confirm my account if I don't get that email despite the requests

You'll need to contact an advisor and let them know you can't receive the verification email. Unfortunately, there's nothing we can do about missing rewards over Answers HQ.
