Missing rewards. Can't open a case. Can't email EA.

Is this a joke?? I've tried on my gaming PC, laptop, and phone,  with Brave, Chrome, and Edge.  I've turned all of my extensions off.  I never get the "open a case" pop-up,  and with the email fo...

Yup, I finally got it working via my Android TV browser of all places, 

and it only took a few dozen tries.
