The email said the following,
"Thank you for contacting Electronic Arts help. My name is Surbhi, and I will assist you with your issue today.
I see you have an issue with the issue . I will do my level best to help you out"and gave me a case number.
I can go to my cases page, and see the case, with a status of "waiting for player."
It also tells me to click to "resume" my case, which makes no sense, as why would it require resuming?
Either way, no matter what I click on or select, nothing happens (even using Android TV this time).
I'm getting the idea that there's something I need to be doing, providing some additional information or something,
but, as I said, it won't let me do anything, no matter the O/S or browser or anything.
Can't I communicate with them via email or chat or something?
This is totally absurd.

Which rewards are you missing? If they are for HUT Rush, that is being investigated.

Yes, HUT Rush, again, just like a few weeks back with Giroux. Still awaiting compensation for that.
I will greatly appreciate any help you can provide.
