Missing X Factor Player in my HUT collection
I completed all the HUT moments for the X factor choice pack. Opened it, sent Sidney Crosby to my collection and he isn’t there. What do I do?

This was sometimes an issue last season too. Sometimes just exiting to the main menu helped.
I would do a hard restart of the game. That often cleared the issue.
Manually quit the game and relaunch it
