That's not something a permanent ban would be issued for. Not for a first offense. You would need to have a history of being actioned for offensive names before your account is actioned with a permanent ban.

Stop lying to us. I just got banned for the same *. My name was in no way offensive. Your just banning anyone and everyone who gets reported by but hurt people. I read the agreement. I didnt break it.
