My Playtest code was already redeemed...

I have seen this happen with a few other people, what is the solution here? I chatted with EA Help and he basically said there is nothing he can do as the game team are the ones that distribute codes...

"This code has already been redeemed" beta fail. 

telling me my beta code has been redeemed. i followed instructions correctly and nobody else has my code. wtf EA.

    I did the chat with the advisor, they said there is nothing they can do. Sooo, any other suggestions? Or are we just trying to pass the buck to everyone else in the company?
