For the next patch, any chance these could be considered? I’ve submitted via survey and other threads. Just would like to get these on the radar. Mostly for us offline, Franchise purists who are seeking authenticity:
- Updating the goalie equipment editor to allow users to apply changes to all pieces (i.e: when editing pads, the same colour placement applies to the gloves as well). Was present in prior years - unsure what the reasoning was to remove it.
- Better aligning team colour schemes in the editor to the actual shades used by teams. And expanding colour schemes to include all colours for teams with multiples (see Seattle - only 2 choices available, but they actually have 4 colours in their branding, plus white).
- Correctly matching helmet and glove colours with team jerseys, primarily an issue with jerseys that are not white. See Calgary - Home, Vancouver - Home, NY Islanders - Home. There’s just something off with the colours or perhaps a shading or lighting issue which changes the appearance of helmets and gloves to be visually different from the jerseys.
- Updating minor league uniforms for authenticity. See San Jose Barracuda - helmet and glove pairings are off.
- Perhaps a better arena model for Arizona? It just lacks any type of energy using the generic minor league design. Maybe make something with a similar look and feel to Mullet if licensing can’t be obtained?
- More variety in AHL arenas. I may be the minority here, but I enjoy playing both NHL and AHL games in my franchise. Every AHL arena is the same. Some variety in designs would be great! I know it doesn’t add value to the gameplay, but it does add to the overall experience of an authentic hockey game - unique atmospheres, etc
