The problem maybe ist that no one of the devs play franchise or BAP so they have no big intrest to work for this modes. I personaly guess that the offline gamers are more as they tell us. The thing is that online brings a lot of money so the good old modes are not important and no more welcome. Many of us want to relax after a hard working day and play a bit his beloved hockey game in the balanced range of his skills offline and not go to online and play against well experienced gamers to be punished in the game. To old and to much stress for me.
