LOL the last thing you wanna do is buff Truculence - are you insane? This and Shrug it Off changes will only encourage more goon build meta and ballerina skirting the defense, especially AI.
Edit: I've had a few days to just stew over this and still can't believe it lol
This is a horrible change, why would you buff truculence? Nobody was asking for this, you can already zap a majority of peoples energy with it as is.
