Kind of funny that the one perk that's generally banned across all CHEL leagues is the one you think needs buffing.

    Love the buffs for goalies. Truculence, however, was fine where it was. If you were gonna change anything to it, I'd have added more hit assist to it, not more ability to drain energy.
