Has this gone live yet? Upon logging in I did not receive any sort of notification of update.

Yes. It should be live. You should see a notice that a gameplay update was downloaded. If no, restart NHL 24 to see if it shows up.

Edit: I was in HUT when the update released. Exited to the main menu and then back into HUT and the update notice showed.
