Is there a reason why Women cards release always at 96 instead of 97-98-99 (excluding 97 CR Nylen-P and jenni Hirrikoski)? Why not releasing them 98 instead so they can be more impactful vs the 99 hut teams full of chara,hedman and all the 99 giants? It’s not a complaint just a genuine question.
